You may have noticed a PB charge on your utility bill. All electric utility customers in Wisconsin pay a "Public Benefits Charge" on their monthly electric bills. The funds collected are spent on energy efficiency and conservation programs that benefit our customers. Each year we prepare a report detailing our programs and the amount of funds spent.
